The newly opened North Sarasota Library, located off of Martin Luther King Boulevard, is building an African American fiction collection. This stand-alone collection was culled from the fiction collection to predominantly reflect African American authors and African American themes. The collection has been identified and labeled for convenience and is displayed in a separate area.
