Become an Elsie Quirk Library Friend and be a positive force in the mission: "To support and to promote our Library services and to raise funds for continuing improvement."
We would like you, your family and your friends to visit the Library (in-person and on the Web), enjoy what it has to offer and find out what it means to be a Friend. Friends work on projects to help the Library and to help make the library a more vital community influence. There are extensive programs for all, pre-school, young and older children, adults and seniors. If you have time on your hands, or are looking for something to do that will give you great satisfaction and a feeling of community involvement be a Friend, and/or a Volunteer. We need volunteers to do the myriad of tasks that must be done. There are many ways you can help, whether it be weekly, monthly or for special projects. It does not need to involve a lot of your time and you will have fun, make friends and give the Library a helping hand. We are looking for you. Be a volunteer and Friend. |
