As patrons of our North Port Public Library, we invite you to join the Friends of the Library. As an organization, the Friends support and enhance the collections of the library and provide the funding for many programs and services for the use and benefit of our patrons. These include the Friends Information Desk, book and yard sales, authors’ luncheons and tours, the proceeds help to fund library needs and priorities. The Friends also support programs and workshops for both youth and adults. Your membership will assure that the present level of library services will continue to reflect the needs of our patrons in an expanding community. We welcome your membership which is renewable annually. Membership Levels: Individual $10 Family $15 Patron $30 Business Patron $50 or more Nonprofit Patron $25 Life Member $500 or more  You may pick up a registration form at the library, or mail your check to: Friends of the North Port Public Library 13800 S.
