Forms, State:
- The State of Florida does not collect personal income taxes from residents. For information on Florida taxes, visit the website for the Florida Department of Revenue at dor.myflorida.com/dor/.
- For other states, personal income tax forms are usually available from a state's Department of Revenue, Tax Commission or other body charged with collecting taxes. For links to all 50 states' such departments, visit the Federation of Tax Administrators' website, www.taxadmin.org/fta/link/.
Where to File Returns:
- If you live in Florida and are filing your own individual paper return, use the IRS's "Florida - Where to File Addresses" webpage to properly address your return.
- If you do not live in Florida, find your filing address on the IRS's "Where to File Tax Returns" webpage.
- If you would like to e-file or file your own return electronically, visit the IRS's "Filing and Payments" webpage for more information.
